Glucose oxidase assay is based on monitoring of a red color formed by oxidation of quinoneimine dye by hydrogen peroxide. Observe the faint, gradually increasing intensity of red color, formed within the flow cell, during the stopped flow period, and its rapid washout by fast flow rate at the end of the monitoring period.
